Founded by Michael Marian in 2010, Marian Built specializes in creating custom home and commercial environments including in house steel fabrication and wood elements. From concept to completion the team works closely with clients to design and build their vision. Owner Michael Marian has craftsmanship in his blood, having been on job sites since he was a toddler, learning to weld at age 9, and working in the trades his entire life. Building, and specifically custom is a passion identity for the firm. Working closely with architects, designers, and clients to define and exceed expectations on a specific budget and timeline.
Marian Built is a licensed general contractor with projects ranging from full restaurant and office interiors, to home builds and remodel. Recent projects include the Smith Tower Observatory Bar, Flint Creek, the Dane, Lady Yum, Rock Creek, Brimmer & Heeltap and a number of custom homes.
Custom wood and reclaimed steel products are often integrated into our builds. We source as much as possible from the Northwest, and we build it all at our shop in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.
