Marian Built was originally hired by the general contractor to do some steel work, hand rails, railings, etc. Having formed a relationship with the owners, we were called back when they needed a major addition. Some larger partition walls inside the open floor to delineate the space, and separate diners from incoming guests as well as bar patrons. We worked closely with the owners on layout and design and what we came up with not only increased seating, but also maximized privacy and quiet enjoyment of existing tables. We also built a small lit bar sign and and outdoor fire pit with stools. Stop in sometime, its one of our favorites.
